My open Turkey sandwich w mashed potatoes were at the least 1 star the Turkey was processed sandwich meat the mashed potatoes were very dry gravy salty ,the burger a sandwich came with a bag of chips ,the only good deal was kids meal so 1 star

Pizza was really good and the server great

The Stock Pot was great. Family run and I think Great Grandma was there folding linens. We had a very nice breakfast there. They recently renovated so it is nice.

Huge portions. Everything seemed to be made from scratch. Breakfast was better than lunch or dinner. Only takes cash. Waitresses were very nice and attentive.

Good food and nice place to rest

The best breakfast in Port Austin. Always judge a restaurant by the amount of cars are in the parking lot. We had a bit of a wait, it was Saturday morning, but the service was fast, friendly, family owned and the food was great. Large portions for those with big appetites. A great place for a home cooked breakfast or dinner.

Very slow service even when it's not busy

Though expecting to dine at our traditional vacation Italian eatery in Port Austin we intended to eat at Joe's, when we arrived were shocked to see a completely different place! We stayed and were pleased with the pizza and service and gratified to learn that the previous owners were able to move on with their life experiences. Of course it wasn't the same, but now we can make a new tradition.

My husband and I enjoyed the pizza there one evening. It was quite good.The staff was friendly and attentive.

If you are in Port Austin and are looking for a breakfast or lunch that could fill up a hard working farmer all day, then The Stock Pot is your place. This cash-only hole in the wall is only open until 2pm, so make sure you get there in time. These guys are used to feeding hungry farmers and charter fishermen, so get ready to chow down on the biggest bestest breakfast you've ever had. And make sure you ask for homemade toast! For lunch try the hot roast beef sandwich, you might have to split it with someone!

Pizza still tastes like Joe's, 2 thumbs up

Good food. Large portions. It's a little dinner in a small town. If that is what you are looking for, then I recommend it. I usually eat breakfast but have had a good burger here also. I rate it 5 stars for a small town place. I go everytime I'm in vacation.

A Port Austin institution in a new location, right across the street. breakfast, lunch dinner and pizza plus beer and wine! Friendly and efficient waitresses and with their fancy new POS system on tablets, food orders instantaneously go in. So, so glad you reopened.

Have never had such awful food!! Prices high and food even worse! Our waitress was ashamed but not her fault would never recommend the stockpot!! Open since April 2019 closed by July 2019 with that kind of food

Nothing fancy just old fashion cooking. Breakfast was very tasty. Perfect hasbrowns, thick crispy bacon and delicious gravy. It was not too busy or crowded. Service was fast but friendly. Would go back no question.

We ate dinner on a Wednesday, late afternoon. I had the cod sandwich. The fish was ok but somewhat overcooked. Prices were reasonable, service was good, staff was friendly. Others had the turkey Reuben and the chicken salad, both said their food was good. The restaurant only takes cash or checks, NO credit cards. The menu had quite a lot on it, sandwiches, pizza, breakfast, some dinners. Decor was quite plain and dated.

Great place to get some breakfast and it is fairly inexpensive as well. Delicious farmers omelet.

Not too bad but need to be open like all day and except check or credit

Great food but be prepared, this restaurant is cash only. I ate here with my family and the food was excellent. We ordered chef's salad (huge!), soup, turkey club sub, P.A. Burger, and cod sandwhich. All of us liked our meals, and the waitress did well with my dad's "jokes." ;)

They only accept cash or check. Food was mediocre at best. Pricey for the value. Was not impressed.

We got there at 7:34. Door said they closed and the website said they closed at 8 pm. They turned us away and locked the doors behind us. Like how lazy can you be?

Very good food.... the people working today were amazing .... Cash only place, ATM out front .... will definitely be making this a new lunch stop

Had a fire. Not sure if it will be back. My father LOVED their hot ham and cheese sandwich said it was the best around. We were there after every farmer's market and more. I hope it reopens.

Good food good service

Would give zero stars if I could. There's no heart here, and it's very sad to see Joe's old location being used like this. Salad dressing and potato chips are bagged, my meal did not reflect the description on the menu, the food was dry and unsatisfying. I only ate about half my sandwich and that was only because I was annoyed and hungry. The only decent part was the salad, but it's hard to screw up chopped lettuce, and honestly the pouch of dressing even made that questionable.

Best burgers around! So fresh and cooked to perfection!!

Only reason it got 1 star was cause of the perch. Our family of 6 went in there and not one person enjoyed the food. The burgers were disgusting, the bacon tasted horrible, the fries were nasty, and the lasagna was like plastic. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Ok food and really bad rest room

Went in for a late lunch at 2:15 today. Four people looked at us sitting at a table and not one of them could be bothered to come & wait on us. My favorite was the waitress that stood in front of a mirror and fixed her ponytail after looking right at us! Needless to say, we can’t be bothered to come back. You have 3 months to make it or break it in this town and your help is blowing it. Wake up, management!

Pizza was very bland ...needed more spice to the sause..... One waitress picked stuff up off the floor an never washed her hands then she pulled up her shirt an pulled up her pants thanks for the fat show again never washed her hands....picked money up off the floor an once again never washed her hands...when it comes to food prep an service wash your freaking hands....

Delicious comfort food. The biscuits and gravy were as good as mine! Service is prompt and friendly, and the coffee was strong -- just how I like it 😊☕

Clean friendly family restaurant.

Nice place! Great omelets. Breakfast sausage-egg burritos not so great. No cheese inside just on outside and microwaved so cheese & tortilla were rubbery.
